Who we are

This website is run by Fitoverse, a sports-infrastructure company in India. For anything about your data, write to admin@fitoverse.com — this is also our contact for grievances.

What we collect

When you request a quote

The consultation form on the Build page asks for:

• your name and phone number;
• the site location, and optionally a Google Maps link or your device location if you tap “I’m at the site”;
• project details — sport, type of client, court size, surface, setting, budget range, start month and any notes you add.

We also record the time of the request and your browser type (to spot automated spam). Your IP address is used briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions and is not stored with your request.

We also note which website or link you arrived from, any campaign tags in that link, whether it was an ad click, and the first page you opened, and send these with your request so we know how you found us. This is kept in your browser tab only, not in cookies, and is recorded whether or not you accept analytics cookies.

While you fill the form, your progress is kept in your own browser tab so you don’t lose it; it is cleared when you submit or close the tab.

When our team signs in

Fitoverse staff sign in to our private content studio with Google. For them we receive the name, email address and profile picture of their Google account, and use a sign-in cookie to keep the session. Visitors to the public site are never asked to sign in.

Analytics cookies (only if you accept)

If you click Accept on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser, how you arrived, and actions such as sending the quote form, downloading a design or tapping our phone or WhatsApp links. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) for this. We don’t send your name, phone number or email to Google Analytics. If you click Decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

What we don’t do

No advertising cookies, no ad personalisation, and we never sell or rent personal information.

Why we use it

• to call or message you about your project, plan a site visit and prepare a quotation;
• to keep a record of the enquiry while we work on it;
• to understand which websites and campaigns bring us enquiries;
• to protect the site and the form from abuse;
• for staff accounts, to control who can edit the website and see enquiries.

We use your details only for the purpose you gave them, with your consent when you submit the form.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase — database and sign-in, hosted in Mumbai, India.
• Hostinger — website hosting.
• Google — sign-in for Fitoverse staff, and Google Analytics for visitors who accept analytics cookies (analytics data is kept for 14 months).
• Resend — sends internal notification emails to our team. Customer details are not included in these emails.

Inside Fitoverse, enquiries are visible only to approved team members.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond, follow up and support the project, and delete it sooner if you ask. Staff accounts are removed when access is withdrawn.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to being contacted, by writing to admin@fitoverse.com. We will reply within a reasonable time, and in any case as required by Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
